Your questionnaire answers

Your answers are used in your browser to suggest options. This website does not save them to a database, cookies or browser storage, and does not send them to Fitfinity or include them in your WhatsApp message. Choosing “Start over” clears the questionnaire answers.

Requesting an appointment

You can enter your name, choose a service and add appointment preferences. You review these details before continuing to WhatsApp.

Continuing opens a WhatsApp link containing those details so WhatsApp can prepare your message. This shares them with WhatsApp even before you press Send, and the link may remain in your browser history. The gym receives the chat message only when you send it in WhatsApp.

Please use the website for appointment requests and avoid putting medical details in the name field. Your selected service, such as a movement assessment, is included in the message you review.

Your conversation with Fitfinity

Fitfinity uses the information you send to respond to your enquiry and arrange your visit. Messages you send are handled through WhatsApp and remain subject to WhatsApp’s privacy practices. To ask about information held by Fitfinity, including access or deletion, contact the studio using the number below.

When you browse

The website’s photos, fonts and scripts are served from the website itself. We have not added advertising trackers, analytics scripts or tracking cookies.

The hosting provider may process technical information, such as your IP address and requested pages, to deliver and protect the website. Opening an external service such as WhatsApp means that service handles the information needed for the connection.
